The free finder

The fit finder works in your browser. You can use it without giving us your email. We do not send your finder choices to a server unless you choose to submit the fit-list form.

If you join the fit list

We collect your email, selected fit problem, optional usual shoe size, and consent to occasional LuxeToe fit-guide and product updates. These details help us understand what shoppers need. We do not sell your email or share it with footwear retailers for their marketing.

If you contact us

We collect the email address, request type, and message you submit so we can handle your request. Please do not include health records, payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information.

Hosting and storage

Our hosting and form providers process submitted forms and technical information such as IP addresses and request details for hosting, security, and spam filtering. Their processing may occur outside your country.

LuxeToe does not currently use advertising pixels or browser analytics cookies. The site does not take payments or sell footwear directly.

Leaving the list or deleting information

Use our contact form to ask to leave the list, correct your information, or delete your submission. Choose the relevant request type and use the email address you submitted. We keep fit-list details while the list operates or until you ask us to remove them. Contact messages are kept while needed to handle the request.
